JAZZ
Saturday evening Martha’s yoga group went to a jazz concert in the Terraza Hotel de Casona where the other jazz concerts I have attended and videoed here in San Miguel were held with a large audience made up mostly of North Americans. This concert was the most intense of the three with a wonderful American singer, Maya Burns, with a full brassy voice singing a variety of songs. She also soloed with the saxophone as well as playing the guitar. The rest of the band was terrific as well. I am including a number of individual pieces of the second half of the concert here.
