CELLE AGAIN

After our great experience with a rental car in Greece, Susie and I went to Celle this morning to rent a car so that we could explore North Germany for ten days. Eight days on Paros cost 230 euros for a rental car, ten days here costs over 600 euros, more than our round trip air fare from Asheville. So we are not going to do it. Apparently there is a scarcity of new cars in Germany, as there is in Asheville, where it is very hard to rent a car. Two years ago 600 euros would have gotten us a month’s rental in Celle and now we get ten days. Greece must use old cars and not have a supply problem.

But this led to a beautiful walk from Enterprise car rental through Celle through the Francosiche Gartens,

a large laid out park, on the first clear, sunny day that we’ve had in Germany at a pleasant 50 degrees.

So today all I am going to do is to share photographs of the park and town

and our delicious lunch at Cafe Mueller, an elegant restaurant at the edge of the park.

Bill everything over here has Morethan doubled In princes especially to do With cars renting or buying,!!!😩😩
