MADISON COUNTY CHRISTMAS CONCERT
Every year before Christmas there is a Christmas concert in downtown Marshall led by Steve Davidowski, an eclectic musician who plays a variety of instruments and musical styles and has toured the country with his performances. The performers at this concert are almost all local people from Madison County. Steve acompanied a number of them on a variety of instruments.
Usually the concert is in the First Presbyterian Church in downtown Marshall, but the Church is still recovering from the flooding over a year ago. Last year the concert along with everything else was cancelled. This year the concert was held in the Mars Hill Baptist Church in front of a large crowd that had driven over from Marshall. In the next three days I will include as many of the pieces as I can.
