PICKING UP THE PIECES
Today Terri Godfrey who long, long ago went on a six week staff trip to India with me and helped build an Indian village in the old log cabin Williams Building on the Warren Wilson campus which was visited by school groups notified me that a film about the recovery from the flooding of Western North Carolina by Helene a year ago had a glimpse of the photographs of volunteers that I had put in Zadie’s Market Cafe and even a glimpse of my name.
It turns out that is film isn’t going to make me famous. But if you want to see a very well made hour long film that conveys both the devastation of the flooding and the great recovery effort I recommend the film to you.
