ZADIE’S: CASEY DRIESSEN
Casey Driessen with his marvelous fiddle playing has played once a month on Wednesday at Zadie’s this summer. At the end of this week he is off to Finland for a convention of fiddle players. Tonight he played a piece he was going to play in Finland next week. This was another special evening as he overlay one loop of a piece with another until he had constructed a whole band playing together.
