HORNCASTLE
Today, Tina and Martin took us to see the antique and thrift stores in Horncastle, a forty minute drive away from Lincoln, where we poked through stores piled up with junk and treasures, ate at a marvelous restaurant and talked. On the way out of a church converted to a antique store we ran into two very, very proper English couples who allowed us to photogtaph them in their everyday attire.
On the way back we stopped at the house of Mandy, Tina’s friend, who showed us her house and garden and regaled us with stories.
