ARRIVAL IN ENGLAND
Again I was pushed on a wheel chair with Susie at my side through customs and guided to the train station where we bought tickets to Riseholme, Lincoln, with one change in Petersborough. We were met by cousin Martin and driven to Tina and her husbands, Martin’s, house in Riseholme where we had a good dinner and then went to bed at 4 p.m. Swannanoa time but 9 p.m. English time. Tina had borrowed a recliner for me to sleep on, but Susie was the one needing a recliner so I got the bed in the guest bedroom while Susie elected to sleep out in the garden on the recliner on a warm English evening.
