TED WIMSATT’S VISIT
My sister Anne’s second son, Ted, Susie’s cousin, stopped by Marshall from Phoenix on his way to a business meeting on Monday in Charlotte. He came over from his Airbnb outside Marshall for breakfast. It rained off and on during the day and when it was not raining we walked around town, stopping at Ride Your Bike coffee shop for coffee and later in the day sitting on the porch of MAD brewery and pizzaria overlooking the French Broad River for pizza and a beer.
But the main activity of the day was looking through the huge stack of family photographs that Susie had collected in our move move from Swannanoa. I plan to put digitize some of the photographs and put them here. All I have now are a few random photographs of people we ran into when walking around town.
