We got a late start and and first went to Ragussisis Bakery where we were offered delicate, delicious pastries of every kind along with a variety of coffees.
And then we stopped by Efi’s Rooms where I am going to be staying for the next month and were so warmly greeted by Efi and a friend with homemade cookies and bottles of water that I forgot to take any photographs. Efi was delighted to see me. We invited her out for dinner but she insisted on inviting us to dinner at her apartment on Friday evening and when she heard we wanted to rent a car called her friend who runs a rental car agency and got us a good $25 a day rate for the next four days. So tomorrow we will head out in the car and explore the island. I stayed in today with a cold, resting up, while Tom and Caroline explored the town.
