CROSSING THE WINE DARK SEA
Today we took the Blue Star Ferry from Santorini for the 3 1/2 hour ride to Paros. The Blue Star Ferry is much, much larger than the Jetstar ferry we rode on to Santorini, but only goes half as fast. But we could go out side to take photographs and there were plush recliners to sit in and places to eat and drink.
We arrived at Paros at dark and took a taxi to Naoussa and our Airbnb, a modern, comfortable lodging in the center of town, went out to eat at an outdoor cafe and then wandered the narrow alleys of Naoussa on our way back to our Airbnb.
