These photographs were taken on my birthday. I went out in the mid afternoon to eat a birthday meal that was a gift from Susie at Estrecho, an upscale restaurant just down the street. It was a very narrow restaurant with no tables and stools along a very long bar with the kitchen stretched all the way down the other side of the bar. I had Thai fish soup as an appetizer and curried chicken and rice for the mail meal for a total of $35. I won’t be eating there often.
And then I went to Frog the local inexpensive grocery store chain with narrow aisles and all kinds of food and bought a few staples. And then I came back to my Airbnb, taking some photographs along the way.
