UNCOMMON MARKET
Once a month the Uncommon Market is held at the River Arts District near 12 Bones and other Asheville eateries. Sunday was a warm sunny day and the walkways and bicycle paths along the French Broad River were filled with people jogging and strolling. The paths along the river are a wonderful place to jog or walk a dog or get away from downtown and relax.
I have photographed the Uncommon Market several times but the of the hundred or so tented booths only a few seem to be repeats each time. There were hundreds of visitors in spite of the bright sun another place where it is fun to walk around and relax. Here a few of the people and outdoor art at the Uncommon Market.
