WALKING ALONG THE THAMES
Monday’s afternoon project was to take a bus to St. Paul’s Cathedral and then to walk down to the Thames and over the Millenial Bridge to the Tate Gallery where we went to the 6th floor restaurant, too late for lunch, and had scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam and looked out over the Thames and London.
We walked further up the walkway along the Thames with hundreds of other people. This was certainly Paris in London with gardens and restaurants and funky signs. We ended the evening by eating at an Italian restaurant that Chris and Richard like to eat at when in London.
