JARDIN DES PLANTES
We walked and then took the bus across Paris to the huge park and botanical garden, Jardin des Plantes, in the center of Paris where we walked and walked again. The park was full of people with children. There was a playground and a zoo and acres of wooded walks and four large greenhouses where we saw plants from around the world. In the afternoon we visited the famous Sennelier art store near the Seine and then called it a day. I had walked five miles and was tuckered out.
